ADI MedSpa (“ADI MedSpa,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates the website adimedspa.com (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit the Site, request a consultation, book an appointment, chat with us, or sign up for text messages, and how we use and protect that information.

Your medical information

Health information you share with us as a patient, such as your medical history, treatment records, and billing information, is protected health information under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). We handle it as described in our Notice of Privacy Practices, which is available at our office on request. If this Privacy Policy and our Notice of Privacy Practices ever conflict about your protected health information, the Notice of Privacy Practices controls.

Please do not send detailed medical information through our website contact form or chat. Those tools are for scheduling and general questions. We will discuss your health privately during your consultation.

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and message. When you book online or use our chat, our scheduling provider collects the details you enter, such as your name, contact information, and the service and time you choose. When you opt in to text messages, we collect your mobile number and your consent.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site and the services we use may automatically collect technical information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages you view, the site that referred you, and the date and time of your visit. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies, described below.

How we use information

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the Site. Google Analytics uses cookies to collect information about your visit and reports it to us in aggregate. You can learn how Google uses this data at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites and opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features of the Site may not work properly if you do.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

How we protect information

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect the information we collect, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections for the entire Site. No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
