Katie wasn't born in El Paso, TX. but she got here as soon as she could! Originally from Orange, CA., she's called El Paso home since middle school. Katie studied at UTEP and played for the UTEP women's soccer team! She's worked with Dr. Ahmed since early 2021 and loves the flexibility of her work/life balance! She needs balance too as Katie is married and a mother of 3. Spending time with her family is a TOP priority. But work is just so much fun, she likes to help people feel confident in their own skin. Born in the Philippines and raised in New Jersey, Maye received her master's degree from Walden University and is currently pursuing her doctoral degree at UTEP. She's been part of our team since 2021, and before that, she specialized in peripheral vascular disease, and varicose veins. She loves how fun it is to work here at Adi Med Spa, the autonomy, and the team she works with. "Cosmetics wise", she said, "I love seeing the transformations of my patients and how happy they are with the results we can provide. I really love making our patients look and feel beautiful". Ms. Maye is the proud mother of 3 kids, loves training in martial arts, (she's a brown belt in Judo) and on top of everything else, she's also an entrepreneur! Born and raised in the Sun City, (El Paso, TX), Stephen studied at UTEP for his undergrad and at Texas Tech for his master's degree. He's been with our team since December 2020. He enjoys the flexibility of his daily work/life schedule. Born in Guadalajara, Mexico, Joanna was raised in Chicago, IL. before moving to El Paso in 1998. She is a proud UTEP graduate! After nurse practitioner school, Joanna was a hospitalist N.P. before joining our team. Working at Adi Med Spa has allowed her to explore and delve deeper into her love of helping people look and feel their very best. She's a very active person and the diversity of daily activities, the fact that each day is different, is why she thrives here. Joanna is happily married to her high school sweetheart and is the proud mother of 2 teenage daughters and 4 fur babies. When not in the clinic making El Pasoan's more beautiful, Joanna likes to cook, travel, and is very active in her church.
